One of those was American Prrestige Roofing. I talked to Steve the owner a couple of times, prior to accept his bid. He along with his crew showed up early, and did quick job on the tear off. I was in contact with his lead/forman all the way to the end, which was 2 days. They cleaned up all the debri without any issue's. When you pull out thousands of nails you will miss a few, and his crew walked the area to pick up every one they could find. Overall they did a great job, and after discussing this with a couple of other roofing companies that was quoting a stupid price, I am so happy I selected this Company. If I have any issues I contacted Steve directly and they will take care of any issue. The quality and timely completion of work was fabulous . I could not have asked for anything better, plus they give Veterans discount, which means a lot to me. They worked hard and the job was great.

We live in a remote location far from their home base and they were still not only willing to come this far for a quote, (most others would not, they all expected me as a novice to take measurements and send photos for a quote), they scheduled quickly. Once we were given to go ahead, they came out within days and were beyond professional. the demo was clean, quiet and quick. Robert, our contractor cared about every detail to ensure my father had the perfect shower that would work for him and would also stand the test of time. the tile work is beautiful and he even fixed any issues with the backing behind it and insulation! he fixed some plumbing issues that arose and in the end the remodel of the bathroom was beyond what we had hoped for! What stood out more to me was the amount of care he placed in every detail. It was almost like he was building the shower for his own father's care. This is a hardworking, honest and dependable contractor that did not surprise us with additional cost. He finished the job on time and truly gave 100%. They were far better to work with than the company that replaced the roof on my house. While I was inspecting their work, I noticed that the roof on my house had issues. I had Bob Harvey come back out to repair that as well. I probably could have had it warrantied through the company that originally did the work, but JP and John with Bob Harvey were so much better to work with, I just had them do it. The roof started leaking in 2004, which caused interior drywall and hardwood floor damage. After many months of calls, texts, emails, Ashcroft has done nothing to fix/stop the leaks...nothing to honor the warranty that significantly influenced our decision to use them.
