I called the owner and he said he would come out and correct it, he came out and spent 10 minutes on the roof and put tape around the enclosure that he had built but the wind and weather blew the "fix" tape off so I called and he said he would come out and repair it ( because he and I both know that the tape was not going to hold ) but he never came back or bothered to contact me back to fix it so I had to pay some other contractor to come out and repair this brand new job that was "completed" by Casey Roofing, while the other contractor was up there he told me that there was one area that the previous roofers ( Casey Roofing ) pulled out some siding to attempt to fit the new shingles under because the shingles I paid extra for and were thicker than the previous ones they had an issue with that area and did get the shingles under how they should be but they damaged siding and never fixed that either and never told me about it when it happened because they knew it would cost them time and money to fix it correctly so they never said anything. I paid extra for upgraded shingles and paid for a complete tear off and replace at significant cost. If you are considering a roof replacement I highly recommend to not hire this contractor, he has no desire to do what is right he is only in it for the money.

One of those was American Prrestige Roofing. I talked to Steve the owner a couple of times, prior to accept his bid. He along with his crew showed up early, and did quick job on the tear off. I was in contact with his lead/forman all the way to the end, which was 2 days. They cleaned up all the debri without any issue's. When you pull out thousands of nails you will miss a few, and his crew walked the area to pick up every one they could find. Overall they did a great job, and after discussing this with a couple of other roofing companies that was quoting a stupid price, I am so happy I selected this Company. If I have any issues I contacted Steve directly and they will take care of any issue. The quality and timely completion of work was fabulous . I could not have asked for anything better, plus they give Veterans discount, which means a lot to me. They worked hard and the job was great.

There are nails blown in on angles which have broken through the shingles. Nails that are not in the "Sure Strip" and shingles without 4 nails. He sent me texts & emails that are caustic. This went on for days, sometime at 5:30 A.M. I asked him to check it out. He sent two workers to talk with me who didn't speak English. Now I am accused of calling his workers garbage. Peculiar considering, they hardly spoke English. I guess Mike fits words in his translations. I didn't call his workers garbage. However, they have caused so much trouble at this point I am starting to think if the shoe fits? These are few excerpts from the text or emails I am receiving from Mike "You are a bully, A old bully and a liar is what you are jay . I can't change that I hope another DR, can help. You are a very sick bully in my opinion Haha , you are a clown jay". I also won't take your bs trying to ruin my business and lieing about my reputation on google like you did . We understood there would be delays due to covid and were told to expect work to take 6 months due to covid but we were ok with that. Our project is now going on 16 months and still not complete. It took a few months to get Luke, the owner, out to go over issues we have with the quality of work. He inspected the work and said he would get things together to correct the problems. It is now going on 4 months and nothing has been done. We have tried calling owner on his cell, texted him and left messages on his voicemail as well as their office voicemail. No one responds. Communication has been very lacking during the project and now there is no communication. Wondering if they are still in business. We checked out reviews on Premier, before we decided to use them, and they had very good reviews. They told us that we could get the job done cheaper with other contractors but it would not be the quality of work they would provide. So far, we have inferior quality of work at a high price and project has not been completed. Looking like our project has been abandoned. We strongly do not recommend them.

Its 11/2 and it still just sits - lawn is destroyed from the pipe trenches they dug and sat for months, supplies laying everywhere, and we are left to just deal with it. Such an unfortunate decision on our part in an already difficult time we live in.
