When I came to point this out to them 4 months after the job was printed, they just laughed, like it was real funny. This was a printing job that cost me over $6000. They literally did not care. I could not make them understand or even accept what a major inconvenience this was. They literally acted like I was a nuisance, bothering them. I just can't imagine any professional business behaving in this manner. Never again.

Due to COVID protocols, I could not go into the store, but I dropped the pages off and gave them my credit card. They said they would be back in a minute with the credit card, and since I was one block away from another store I needed to go to, I planned to head over there for shopping and come back to pick up when it was done. After 2 or 3 minutes, nobody had returned with my credit card, so I rang the doorbell to ask for it and out came my booklets! So fast and friendly! Going home, I saw that I had left out a few pages accidentally! I contacted Sylvie to see if I could bring it back to be added into the booklet, and she said no problem. I went back and the wait was also only a few minutes, and they didn't charge me for adding the pages! Sylvie was lovely through the whole process, very understanding, and focused on customer experience. Thank you for making this process so easy! I will definitely come back!

Their service could be better. Much better because I came in wanting to print a funeral program. And the guy asked for my USB which I gave him. And he didn't even ask me to come over to the computer with him. He just looked at me as if I didn't know what to do (which I didn't cause he never said anything to me). The staff could definitely be friendlier. The service there felt cold. Perhaps it was because it's a Saturday morning. But still. You're at work. And if you're at work. You gotta be prepared to give the best type of service you can offer and give when you're at work. I would still recommend this company if you needed something to print. But like everything else. If they don't improve. Time to move on cause there are companies that do take their service seriously.

By then, it was too late to get the other one printed and ready. I thought I would be nice and give them a second chance a year later, by ordered another banner for another event. Unfortunately, they delivered a smaller sized banner than the one I had requested and paid for. Although they gave me a refund, I was unimpressed as there was no time to get another banner printed. On top of that, they do not take care and consideration into account when making sure your files are print-ready. When my last banner arrived the graphics were blurry and not in high resolution. I wish the company had flagged that to my attention and sent me a preview file of what my banner would look like before I approved it to go to print. The lack of attention to detail on their end shows that they don't care about what they produce and deliver to their clients at all. The only thing that impressed me was their ability to communicate quickly via email. I will not be using their services again.
