The overall environment was hostile and unwelcoming to guests. Additionally, the staff repeatedly lied about room availability, claiming that top-floor rooms would be available the following days, which was untrue. The combination of racist behavior and deplorable hotel conditions makes me never want to stay here again.

There was no apology, accountability - just an ok. So, again, expect "limited" services and "limited" professionalism.
