Additionally, the staff repeatedly lied about room availability, claiming that top-floor rooms would be available the following days, which was untrue. The combination of racist behavior and deplorable hotel conditions makes me never want to stay here again.

When we called the front desk, I asked what services were supposed to be provided, she said towels and trash. I then requested for towels and trash since it was 8pm and neither were done. There was no apology, accountability - just an ok. So, again, expect "limited" services and "limited" professionalism.
