Given that they charge by the gallon upon delivery, that means that the previous tenant had already paid for the propane. They basically got paid twice for the same propane. Since I have autism, which I told them, and had visible trouble understanding how to set all of it up, they knowingly ripped off a developmentally delayed and vulnerable person.
