The salesman did warn me before we went over to the "above your price range" selection - and didn't pressure me further after I put my foot down and explained I didn't want to fall in love with a bed that was more than what we had to pay. We ended up finding a bed that was below our budget and we liked! We paid for delivery as well. I was a little concerned that they wouldn't give you a period of time that the bed was coming until the night before. They did call the night before - and the next day they were about an hour late. However, I did get a call a few minutes past the window of time they gave me, and the delivery guys were very apologetic. It worked out just fine, and the delivery guys did a fantastic job getting in and out quickly with no trouble. I appreciated the "love your mattress" guarantee... my parents have warned me about trying a mattress at the store and it not feeling the same when it's delivered. We did not have that problem! It was just as we remembered at the store.

I am unhappy with ChairMart. I purchased a lift Recliner. With free delivery. I had the item for 10…read moredays. Decided there were several things I didn't care for about this particular chair. I kept it for a few more days just to see if it was just me having to get used to it. I didn't so I called and asked to return it. Was told it would be ducted in price to return due to it could not be sold as a new chair now. Okay I could live with that if it was a reasonable deduction. But I was also told that it would be deducted for 2 guys delivery trip and return trip wages. I don't believe I should have to pay for 1st delivery trip as they had other furniture to deliver, hence dusting out my chair. Secondly the pick up returning trip they were 40 minutes late as to more furniture to deliver besides mine fir pick up. So why should I have to take funds off my refund for the chair on either trip when they had deliveries in same vicinity on both trips. I can understand it can not be considered new after its been in my home for 10 days. But not $200.00 worth. ? Not what I considered reasonable deduction. But I will learn a valuable lesson. When I went in, I knew almost exactly what I wanted, however, they didn't have it in stock. That was fine, they have that wonderful big touch screen that you can pick out what you would like and they order it in for you. The gentleman there (whom I've never dealt with before) couldn't give me very in depth answers to my questions (i.e.: "what is the difference between this couch/loveseat and this other one, other than the price and the stitching?" "Um..looks like the stitching.") With that being said, I ordered the one I thought would work best for me, based on what I had previously researched and my past experiences. The gentleman said that it would be there in ten to fourteen days. Fourteen days later, I call because I hadn't received any notification. The gentleman (different one) said it should be coming any day. I thanked him and left it at that. A week later, still nothing, so I call again. This time the gentleman said that it wouldn't be coming until the end of the month (keep in mind I ordered it the previous month) because of a shortage of fabric. This time frame wasn't going to work for me, because I had expected it at least two weeks prior and I had to cancel the order. Very upset that they didn't just call and tell me that it was going to be much later than what was anticipated. I could have at least planned around that.
