So obviously one of the Sears employees had made a mistake with the installation fee amount. Instead of honoring the price I paid they insisted I pay the extra amount. I told them to take it back and return my money. Now I have to wait for a refund check from Sears because this place doesn't have the ability to refund "large amounts". The manager didn't even apologize, instead she gave us a hard time about the "non-refundable" delivery charge and it ended in a shouting match. NO WAY will I ever shop at this Sears again!

After proving it was the correct address she told me that the yellow sticker was covering the address. I will note the yellow sticker was their undeliverable sticker. Now it has been 2 weeks since we've had mail delivered. We were told they can't cross barricades. There hasn't been a barricade or water crossing with water for over a week. I've been to Chanute daily without running into either. A matter of going a mile further. Service sucks. Need management changes. One star is too many
