They dug into the ground with such carelessness. They broke existing PVC pipes and dug up wires, which were left laying on the lawn. When I questioned them about calling 811 the man in charge of the 3 man crew said he called, but they do not mark in the back yard, which is entirely false information. I called 811 myself and the company did call, however they started before their lawful start date by three days! When I tried talking to the man in charge, he told me to "get back in the house where you belong". After such disrespect I told him I called 811 and that I knew he was digging unlawfully. He quickly and carelessly partially covered one long ditch and left two massive holes, his crew threw plastic bottles, spray paint can and lid, and PVC scraps in the ditches to just cover it. At this point, I do not know if they will return on August 5th, the lawful dig date, as there has been zero communication. I am renting the property and the company also has not informed the landlord that they were coming. My landlord had to call them to figure out the plan. There is zero excuse for lack of communication because this project has been on Kulp's waiting list for over a year.

We just purchased a home and discovered that the upstairs shower and sink were experiencing…read moreintermittent periods of low water pressure combined with periods of 5 to 15 seconds when the water flow seems to completely stop. I selected Drainman because of the strong ratings on Yelp, and I was very happy with the outcome of the repair. Mike Ammouri, the very friendly and knowledgeable owner, came to our home to diagnose the problem on a Sunday... which was amazing in itself. Mike went through a series of troubleshooting tests to determine that the pressure in the old part of our house was fine. He also looked at the plumbing lines going into the new part of the house where the upstairs shower and sink are located, and he reported that everything looked fine. That left the water tank itself. He went upstairs with me and we conducted a few tests and he then concluded that our water holding tank was too small, thereby causing the pump to cycle on and off. It was during those cyclings that we were experiencing the severe drop down in water flow. He came out on a Sunday, provided what seemed to be an accurate diagnosis, he charged me nothing, and he's going to provide a quote for the work. On top of that, I got a new showerhead thrown in for free.
