I couldnt stand for long periods of time so I had to resign my position. however Amanda dropped my pay down to minimum wage for "job abandonment". Now mind you she called me 5 times while I was in the hospital but when I found out they docked my pay she quit answering the phone nor returning my phone calls. Even though I kept her up to date on my health status and why I was not able to proceed. I'm a single parent and a Navy Veteran but none of that matters to Sperion and Amanda from Kysor since they cant even explain what's going on. If this is your only option I'd take advantage of it but I'd try other agencies around town as opposed to giving Spherion any more business. Also during my short time at Kysor it was a few people showing me what to do but they dont really have a set training method to get you up and running. It was a lot of standing around and I am not comfortable doing that. Yes it sounds like easy money if that's what you are up to. Also they have mandatory overtime so theres chance to make money if you mind being forced to stay.
