They totally blow you off. No useful services have emerged from this firm for me in many months. Am beginning to resent all the trouble they put me through to register. Update, February 2017: Westaff on 14th Street is closed and moved to a smaller location. Apparently the franchise (Yes, it's franchised) collapsed and has downsized. A woman from corporate was present several weeks ago and told me there were "organizational changes". From what I found out the owners abandoned the business or it collapsed.
