This company decimated my lawn. After 3 treatments there are so many brown patches and insects, it will take me a couple of years to get it back. I DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS COMPANY. The owner, Ron Duvall, is rude and not helpful at all. I've cancelled the service and filed a complaint with the Better Business Bureau. Beware. read more

This is not a review but in fact a response to Steven who left such a terrible review for me and my staff. You say that you only wanted aeration and seeding but we tried to sell you the five step program but in the court case that you so called won you said you had to pay only for the lime and the round 1 that you requested ..My point is if your going to lie at least lie well and if you don't want to pay your bills just say I don't like paying my bills but don't use the internet to put hard working small honest business owners like myself. BUYER BEWARE when attempting to deal with Ron Duvall. We asked for aeration, seed, and lime. Instead he tried to sell a five step treatment program which we declined and he ignored our request for aeration and seeding. His crew showed up unannounced and proceeded with the first treatment rather than what we asked for. He later billed us for the first treatment service which we did not ask for and he used a substitute lime product. When he sent us a bill for services which we did not ask for, we asked to send us a bill for the lime treatment only. Instead of billing us for what we really asked for, he chose to file in magistrate court. We won our magistrate court case and had to pay for the lime treatment and the court costs only. So BUYER BEWARE. Ron will not listen to you regarding what services you ask for, proceeds with the five step treatment, and then bills you for services which you did not ask for.
