If I could leave zero stars I would. I have a heart condition, came in with severe chest pain. I…read morewaited for 1.5 hours before being taken back. Waiting room was empty when I got there, was full in about 30 minutes. 10 people were called back BEFORE me. When I went to the desk to ask why I hadn't been called they told me they were putting me in a "special" area and that a room was almost ready. When I did get called I did not even see a physician. I only saw a NP who told me she thought it was my gallbladder. They didn't hook me up to a heart monitor, even though I have heart issues and was having chest pain. They did an ultrasound of my stomach, liver, pancreas, gallbladder. Liver levels came back high in my bloodwork, but she didn't know why. Concluded that even though my gallbladder looked completely normal, no gallstones, not enlarged, that it was still my gallbladder and I should see my primary to figure it out. Never even checked my heart out. Was discharged with worse pain than I went in with. Worst ER experience. I do not recommend this hospital. Make the drive to Nashville.
