As explained to me, the foundation is sealed so no more mice are let in. Then in the ensuring 4 weeks of mice abatement, the rodents inside the home are caught. Only the foundation was never sealed during those 4 weeks. Technician never did a thorough examination, even after calling on Week 5 since tech never showed up on week 4. I spent 3 hours and $75 doing the work myself that I paid around $400 for someone else to do. Told all this to management, no offer of refund. They even told me that the sealing of the home comes at the end, since they don't want rodents getting poisoned outside and then have them crawl in and die in the home. Which doesn't make any sense, since if they did their best to seal the foundation, mice wouldn't get in after the poison, and leaving the foundation unsealed for 4 weeks would let all the mice in. Very disappointed for a company that has been in operation here for so long.

I was referred this company for my mice and rat problem in my attic. The man was very quick to come…read moreout, set traps, and let me know he'd be back in a week to check them. Charged very little for the visit. Great! A week went by and nobody came back, nobody told me what day or time, nobody followed up, nothing. Meanwhile the activity in my attic seemed to be growing. So I called and found out I'd been scheduled a MONTH LATER. If I didn't do something fast, I'd be overrun! So I took it into my own hands and entered my attic with poison, deterrents, and traps. After that complaint, they scheduled the same person to come back and check on things a week after the call. Very nice and courteous. Turns out the traps weren't disturbed. None of them were set off except 1, which caught nothing but a patch of fur. I showed the man where I found droppings, where I'd figured they were coming from, and the measures I'd taken to stop the rodents. He looked around the house for a while, then came back with, "I'm sorry. I don't know what to do." Stunned. Horrified. Terrified. That was what I experienced when I heard those words. The PROFESSIONAL didn't know what to do?! He might as well have been saying, "I hope you like rats, because you're in THEIR house now." So after confessing that he had no power and no idea how to get rid of them, he promises to try and get his superiors to the house. That was comforting. He was going to leave, no charge. Sounds good. Nope! Turns out, he decided MORE traps (that weren't working in the first place) were a good idea and then proceeds to charge me again. I don't know about you, but paying for "I don't know what to do" feels to me like I just got scammed. Like he set traps just so he'd have a reason to charge me. It's not about the amount, it's the principal. I have tried several times to get a hold of the company in order to explain what happened and give some feedback in order to help and talk about this, but here I am. Because not 1 person has answered my call since that visit.
