He assured me they would look at it asap. While waiting I realized that this place was a gem. David literally knew every customer by name, he ran out a washed the window of an elderly customer while they were gassing up. I couldn't believe the quality of the service. My inspection was finished and I was walking around the area. Mary called and said there were some thing they had to show me. I quickly returned to the shop. Al the mechanic had printed out a inspection report and went over all items explaining costs, conditions and conclusions. I left the garage feeling informed, educated and happy to see that real customer service is alive at Weatside.

We mostly go for craft beer - we are liquor people and we purchase our wine elsewhere. As far as the beer selection goes, it isn't the biggest in town.. but they have definitely stepped up their game. They do offer mixed 4 & 6 packs which is always awesome. I do like how they have tastings ever once in a while - so you get a nice sample when you are checking out! The liquor selection seems pretty decent, too - I've noticed a lot of whiskey. One area that they lack is the snack department... not a lot going on here! They do have some other random stuff if you are in a pinch: gift bags, ping pong balls, wine openers, random stuff... So many complaints spots but not positive feedback! Moving on to Ally wow what a wonder customer service attendant. Being in customer service for 30 years and in management I was so impressed. She performed her job well with no complaint! Most importantly she welcomed me coming in the door smiled and assisted me in finding what I came in for. It's so important to make people feel welcomed especially since she was the first person I seen after waking and leaving my hotel. She assured I had everything I needed and because of her I didn't need to stop anywhere else on my trip home. I did let Ms Ally know how very greatful and how appreciative I was to feel so important at a gas station. She is an example of what customer service should represent. I would hire her in a heartbeat on my team. I hope this review finds you Ms Ally keep up the great work! I hope this review finds you and makes your day as great as you have started off mine.
