The invoice states there is a 20% restocking fee which I could live with but they are saying mine was a special order not returnable ! It was on display in their showroom. 96 sq feet of non returnable tile. They said I could sell it on ebay... yeah sure. After spending over $2,700. in tile I would think customers would be treated better. Happy with the tile. Disappointed with customer service.
