I've had a really great experience working with Catherine while searching for a home in the Dallas…read morearea. Before we even started touring properties, she took the time to meet with me over video and walk through MLS listings together so we could narrow down what I was actually looking for. That conversation helped clarify my priorities and made the whole process feel organized from the beginning. Since then, she has shown me several homes around the greater Dallas area and has been incredibly generous with her time. She went above and beyond was when she FaceTimed me from an open house I couldn't make it to so I could still see the property and ask questions in real time. That level of effort meant a lot. Catherine is very transparent, patient, and easy to work with. She listens carefully, gives honest feedback, and never makes you feel pressured to rush into anything. It's clear she genuinely wants to help her clients find the right home rather than just close a deal. If you're looking for a knowledgeable and trustworthy realtor in the Dallas-Fort Worth area, I would definitely recommend working with her. I haven't found the perfect house yet, but she's been fantastic throughout the search and I'm really glad to have her helping me through the process.

Let me preface this with saying I am not one to leave a negative review for anything…read more Sam Woods , operator at the Dallas Luxury Realty Proprety Management Group is worth reviewing. Sam has a couple of hardworking , knowledgeable members of his team which I infer is the reason they currently have a high rating. However, Sam is far from this. During our stay at one of his groups property's , Sam attempted to bully, intimidated and belittle us. Never in my life have I worked with someone who showed the lack of respect that Mr. Woods displayed. Upon move in the home was infested with Bugs, broken appliances , poor carpet quality and old paint. After months of deliberation and weeks to fix the issue we finally were able to recoup some of the costs that were associated with their lack of property management. Upon move out Sam gave us a laundry list of charges that were not associated with our occupancy and attempted to bully us into paying them out of our security deposit. Sam is not someone I would recommend to anyone and I am hopeful that just one person is able to read this and make a decision to hire his company/ not stay at one of his proprieties. Updating review to respond to Sams comment: I agree that reviews are important , both good and bad. I hope you are able to take this review and improve your services. There are multiple inconsistencies in your response to my review. We indeed did begin our lease in mid August 2022 but did not move into the property until the end of August. Upon move in all carpeted areas were covered in fleas. I have attached a picture to make sure that we are both able to show proof to let the public decide. This was reported multiple times and was not taken care of for about a month. Regarding the appliances. Please check the dates, upon move in there was neither a functioning dishwasher nor refrigerator. The dishwasher was promptly fixed however the refrigerator was not replaced for approx 30 days. Please check dates again, Sam. Regarding the carpet, the carpet was in below average condition upon move in and was very similar upon move out. At no point did a pet enter the home as we do not have one and have an allergy to pets. I maintain that Sam was dismissive and threatening in the process of receiving our security deposit. Sometimes the truth hurts but public forums like yelp give renters the ability to share their experiences.

Todd is an exceptional agent…read more I've lived in several major metropolitan areas in the U.S. throughout my life, and service in Dallas has been more hit and miss than in any other major city I've ever lived in. Why? I'm not sure. Maybe it's just super hot in Dallas and people just can't be bothered to work all that hard. Maybe it's because people here just earn less on average and so they don't have the financial incentive to put in as much work. Whatever the reason is, I've honestly found it quite difficult to find high-quality professionals here who take pride in their work. Todd is one of the few I've worked with in my 5+ years of living in this city who really stand out. He's just an all-around consummate professional. Todd has an incredible depth of industry knowledge and general housing experience that he draws from that he used to guide my wife and I throughout our first home purchase at the beginning of September. And in the rare instance that he didn't know something, he always took the time to research it and follow-up as soon as he could. But even more important for me was Todd's humility and integrity. While real-estate agents are often seen as simple salespeople, Todd never came a cross as salesy whatsoever. He would always try to remain impartial, objective, and honest, even if that meant compromising his own bottom line. I could see Todd's integrity a mile away, which is why I felt comfortable trusting him with a transaction of this size. While I don't know for certain, I think I'm pretty safe in guessing that Todd is quite well off. He's not desperate for business and he does a significant volume of large transactions annually. This is extremely important when considering a real estate agent because the more desperate they are, the more likely they'll do whatever it takes to close a deal, even at your expense. At the same time, you don't want to work with an agent who is too absorbed in their own success that they can't bother to spend any time with you. Todd is truly that rare mix of humility, integrity, experience, and detail orientation that makes for the perfect real estate agent. I started this homebuying process thinking real-estate agents are just people who pick up the phone, talk a bunch of nonsense, and collect a handsome check after doing effectively nothing, and left on closing day absolutely certain that I would not have been able to do this without Todd. I highly recommend him and am happy to share more details about my experience if you want to reach out.
