A recent dismissal incident was handled in an unsafe and unprofessional manner, with staff yelling at parents while students and families were still moving around vehicles. Instead of prioritizing safety and de-escalating the situation, the environment became chaotic and stressful, ultimately leading to my daughter being suspended. I do not agree with the school's decision and believe the situation was unfairly handled without proper accountability from staff involved. Unfortunately, this was not an isolated incident. Since enrolling my daughter, we have experienced repeated problems with communication, transportation, after-school programs, academic credit concerns, and lack of follow-up from administration. As hardworking parents trying to provide for our family, we expected understanding, support, and professionalism from the school system. Instead, we have often felt dismissed, unheard, and pressured to withdraw our daughter rather than being offered real solutions. At this point, I cannot recommend this school to other families. The lack of organization, accountability, compassion, and effective leadership has created unnecessary stress for both parents and students.

They all had an introduction but were also anxious to answer our questions. We are excited for our young lady (they are all growing so fast) and anticipate a year full of learning and adventure!

Great sports clubs offering things like men and women's basketball or men and women's volleyball or track or cross-country. Great AAIT department for academically gifted children. Mr. Hencel is an amazing principal. Many before and after school clubs such as math counts, student council, lego club and much more. Only problem is I'm a kid and school is well school and well I don't know very many kids who do like school and the other problem is due to the fact it is in the "ghetto" part of Ocala it can make you feel uneasy about your security even though the school has gates around the entire campus. 5 out of 5 in cleanliness. 4 out of 5 stars.

My overall experience has been immensely pleasing. I feel that all of the capstone's staff truly cares about every student and takes time to learn what's best for them and customizes their learning experience. Capstone in addition has great leadership, Mr. D and Mrs Zandra often create activities to establish community gatherings. For example, not too long ago the new mayor of Ocala visited capstone academy and shook my daughter' s hand an experience my daughter would not have been able to have if it wasn't for capstone. I also want to give a special thanks to my daughter's teacher, Miss Della in almost a year, my daughter has educationally improved by leaps and bounds. She takes time not only make sure my daughter is understanding the lesson, but also retaining the information ,this is huge plus in my book. She is truly an amazing teacher! I noticed on a weekly basis my daughter is learning something new and I am very happy to see that. In addition to that, I will also like to thank Miss Jeanny and Miss Martha my two-year-old wakes up every morning excited to go to school and learn from you.
