Where do I begin?, Well...
1. The Ice Cream Window. Right out of the gate the menu is confusing too confusing in fact to remember their system but it was something like this: you choose your flavor then you choose your method (ie. sundae, cone, sugar cone) then your topping, and lastly there is a candy topping menu using brand name candy bars. I stood outside the window for close to 20 mins waiting to be attended to, then a lady comes to the window all confused looking like I wasn't supposed to be there I asked if the Ice Cream walk up window was open, she said it was and asked for my order, then when she realized I was ordering not just for my self just walked away and was gone for about 5 mins.
She returned with a note pad and had me restart my order, then took an obscene amount of time to make my 2 orders, after it was all said and done I had spent about 45 mins getting ice cream. the toppings were huge chunks and I almost choked on a hand cut no doubt candy bar topping chunk. I have never had ice cream there again.
2. Grocery Area. Bare shelf's and over priced dry goods I'm not paying $8.99 for a disposable cardboard salt and pepper shaker. They have a hodge podge used furniture/ used merchandise spread throughout the store making navigation on the sales floor a nightmare (Hey look a china cabinet with no shelfs and a missing drawer only $85).
3. The Deli/Kitchen. there is a small eating area inside the store maybe the only square footage not jammed up with yard sale type items and a counter overlooking the Deli/Kitchen. The food is awesome and the only real reason to visit but its over priced like the groceries also portions are small and thankfully they have daily specials.
If you can take some abuse and roll with the punches, this is a good place to stop at for the food. read more
