Not only could they get me in soon -- he was able to get me in that day. My appointment was at 3pm. I got there at 2:56 and they gave me some paperwork. I hadn't even finished feeling out the paperwork and the assistant asked me to come back to the room and just bring the paperwork with me (I'd already phone in my insurance card so they did have that already). She did a good assessment to relay to the doctor and took some xrays. Literally within five minutes of her leaving he came in (and someone else came by in that interim to tell me he would be right with me). He took a great amount of time educating me on why I was feeling so much pain and gave me several non-prescriptive things to try. I've been going to the podiatrist since high school and I've never had a doctor take this kind of time and establish this type of protocol. It's always been -- here go the foot and ankle place and have them make some more inserts for you. So, in short -- same day appointment. No wait. Personalized service.

The new surgeon who corrected Dr. Gideon's "hack job" stated when performing the surgery to correct everything, that he could actually pull the screws and brackets that were all loose and he could pull the hardware out with his fingers. My wife used a bone stimulator as requested by Dr. Gideon, it didn't help heal her foot.THE PAIN WAS SO UNBEARABLE! SHE REQUESTED AN APPOINTMENT AFTER SURGERY AND DR. Talked to me about the paperwork as I am a new patient to the practice. Nurse provided wonderful and thorough instructions for my current and future care. Doctor Mahavir was absolutely fantastic! discussed all my options for care and went over the procedure and was genuinely concerned for my well being. I did not get all of it so he jams the cutter in once again to where I pulled back and said no more. OK I think I got it you should be fine! good bit of blood, throbbing pain but all I wanted was to get out of this butchers office. The pain did not subside in the least. I was able to get into a professional practice where a numbing agent was applied to a very inflamed toe and another 1/4 inch by 3/4 inch of nail was removed and was pain free the next day. Never go to this practice as the word says Mr Henne is still practicing to be a Dr.
