Gary and his crew have been servicing our boat for quite a few years now and he is always so accommodating to our needs. Highly recommend.

He offers boat repair and service, winterization and prep for Spring. He has a great facility for boat and trailer storage as well. This is a difficult review to write. I have been very happy with West One up until this spring. While their work is still first class, they very much need to work on communication skills and customer relations. Poor communication and defensive stance served to exacerbate a disagreement over billing. After too many emails back and forth, Tricia finally explained *exactly* why a bill was 5 times what I expected. I thus agreed to pay. But poor communications along the way made me feel taken advantage of. Sadly, once we came to an understanding, they never said thank you or even acknowledged payment AND they added a service charge. I can understand the silence (though given the poor communications up to now, you'd think they'd put out a little extra effort of politeness), but adding a service charge AS I WAS PAYING THE BILL is unacceptable. Ironically, when I went out to the boat to use it, I discovered the tech had left the key in the ignition and in the "on" position, so my battery was dead! I wrote to them and offered to mail the key back and noted, with no additional comment, the dead battery. Still crickets...... I would LOVE to continue as a customer since I understand disagreements can happen. I would even consider revising this review. But the radio silence just serves to reinforce the impression of poor customer relations. read more
