Dr. Simpson is hands down the best chiropractor I've ever visited (no pun intended). Key points:…read more 1. Does not focus exclusively on joint manipulation (he takes the time/effort to apply pressure to tense muscle). This made a big difference for me and is the main thing that set him apart from the other chiros that I have seen. 2. Takes notes during every visit so you are not starting from scratch with him every visit. He develops a nuanced understanding of your triggers and offers tailored advice to help you stay in balance between visits. 3. Takes a holistic approach, and advises you regarding exercise, stress/pain management, posture and lifestyle. 4. Genuinely good person. I had to stop seeing Dr. Simpson when I changed health insurance carriers, which was a great loss for me. But he gave me some great referrals and periodically checks up to see how I'm feeling even though I am no longer his patient. It was obvious to me that he was the real deal: a true healer, a compassionate person, and a talented doctor. I cannot offer a stronger recommendation to those suffering from back/neck pain. I will probably end up paying out of pocket to see him again at some point if my discomfort returns and I am sure it will be worth every penny.

I went to Dr. Sayegh…read morebecause of constant stress which gave me daily jaw and neck pain, and headaches which Tylenol, Advil, or Aleve couldn't help. I was in pain everyday! It took me months to see him because the idea of someone "cracking" my neck and back really freaked me out. I finally took the step. He could tell just by the way my boyfriend and I walked in the room where some of our issues were. I love the way he explains chiropractic medicine and the connection between your brain and spine to illness, stress and pain. I was nervous during my first adjustment but he could tell where my subluxations (spine misalignments) were just by feeling on my neck and spine. After a few adjustments, which were startling for a first timer, but not painful, I immediately felt great. My head, neck and jaw pain disappeared, my shoulders dropped, and I was walking taller. This one session was all I needed to be completely convinced and a Dr. Sayegh convert. I've had several sessions since, and each time just keeps getting better. I know that everyone, adult, child, and infant can benefit in some way from Dr. Sayegh's natural, medication free, hands on approach. Pain, numbness, tingling sensations, stress, reproductive issues, constipation, nerve issues, etc. can all be helped by Dr. Sayegh's approach. I'm a believer!

I have had the pleasure of seeing Dr Pruden from back when we each had no grey in our hair - and he remains the only chiropractor I fully trust til this day. I recently went to see him due to a new issue with damaged nerves and a slipped disc, which most chiropractors tell you they can fix in just a few adjustments. Dr Pruden took the time to read thru my entire MRI images (not just the report summary, which is what most doctors do) and showed me in great detail where my issue was, and why I would likely need surgery, which was something that my medical doctor has never told me. He also did something that NO CHIROPRACOR WOULD EVER DO which is to tell me to save my money and that for my condition, any relief would be temporary, which I have since confirmed with my doctor. Any other chiropractor would have told me that they could treat me, but it would take a commitment of 2-4 visits a week and that they could sell me a package of 10. I hope this makes clear that the in addition tio being the best chiropractor in the NY area, he also has great integrity, and he will never strong you along just to get paid. If you are reading this and havent seen Dr Pruden, what are you waiting for :)
