As I am a new patient, Dr Bentson talked at length with me when I first came in last week. He was very thorough, never rushed me and answered all of my questions. He works at a pace that's comfortable for you. He said he's here to take away/manage your pain, not to cause you more. I have seen and heard him interact with other patients. While I was waiting, the front desk lady asked me to do something, so I politely asked her to clarify. Instead of explaining, the doctor suddenly walked in with an attitude, told me "don't tell my employee what to do" -- without even knowing what was going on. On top of that, the front desk lady then denied ever telling me to make a phone call to get information, even though she had just asked me to. At that point, I decided I didn't want to deal with the unprofessional energy and said I was going to leave. As I walked out, both the doctor and the front desk lady said "good." I came in already in pain and just wanted care, but what I got was rudeness, lies, and a complete lack of compassion. No patient should ever be treated this way, especially when they are already vulnerable. I will never return here, and I strongly advise others to find a doctor's office that respects and values their patients. Go on Google and read other reviews other have similar reviews like mine even worse.

I absolutely would recommend any of my friends or family to come get any sort of chiropractic adjustment from Dr. Lee and or the appropriate acupuncture needed. My knee was really messed up and my surgeon said some pre-op physical therapy would help with the post-op healing and he really trusted this practice. I was nervous, but found there was no need. These folks were amazing. That first time, I went through almost a year of therapy with better-than-expected results. Since then, my husband and I have gone back about 4 times over the years for PT. It's so nice that they remember us like it was yesterday every time, even if we haven't been in for years. We wouldn't go anywhere else. They've changed locations over the years, and we've followed Rich and Mike each time. I like their Hicksville location very much, and was introduced to Dr. Dave Cazalet. I hadn't met him before this round of PT, but he was as nice as if I'd always known him. The whole staff is great. There's lots of parking and the office is easily accessible and convieniently located. This office takes away a lot of the stress you might feel going to a doctor. Not only are they great therapists, the atmosphere is warm and friendly. It's actually kind of fun, if you can believe a doctor's office could be fun. Even the patients make you feel welcomed. And if first impressions matter to you, you'll be sold immediately when you meet Judy, the smiling face who greets you at the front desk. Out of desperation and by the advice of my mother (go figure) I made an appointment with Doctor Rchard Lendino. After a thorough examination I started treatments twice a week. (Tuesday and Thursday) After 2 months I felt 100% BETTER!!! Now I'm a believer!!! Approximately 1 year later my wife's back started to hurt and it wasn't getting better. I convinced her to see Dr. Richard Lendino and she too became a believer. What also amazed me is that when my wife was diagnosed with a hiatal hernia, Dr. Richard Lendino was able to treat her condition successfully. That in itself is truly amazing and over time he was able to manipulate her hiatal hernia back into place. She has not had a reoccurrence since, thankfully! As my mother was having some digestive, knee and extremity issues, I looked for a chiropractor close to her home for alternative and natural healing. Lucky for me, I found DeRiggi Family Chiropractic on Old Country Rd in Plainview. I felt the warmth, the genuine concern from Lauri as she answered the phone and took all the necessary information, called me right back after verifying her insurance coverage and accommodated Mom at the very last minute on a Friday for a new patient first visit which takes longer. Proactive as she asked me to fill out the new patient paperwork prior so as to save time. We got the same contagious warmth, welcome and love as we walked in the door to this immaculate office.
