After hour maintainence does not hurry to fix any issues, so basically you are stuck. They provide a rent box in which rent can be deposited in but then the incompetent office manager does not have the key to open it and will claim your rent is late. Keep any paperwork for your records. Read your lease. On the weekend the apt complex is dirty and the garbage over flows the garbage can in front of building.when it snows they do a sloppy job in removing the snow. You are better off paying a deposit if u decide to rent here hopefully you don't bc you will regret it. The bond company they use to say they help you in not paying a deposit will end up costing you a lot. Once you move out the incompent office manager will claim there is issues in the apt. Mean while its the nomarl wear and tear, which they don't fix. Lake view will submit a claim to the bond company then the bond company will sue you. Your credit will be ruined.
