I wish I could rate them with no stars . Brian West is an absolute crook . Our AC went out over 3 weeks ago . He sent his people out to refill the Freon and somehow it ended up freezing up . Our house ended up being 90+ degrees . Then he states that we need a new unit . We agreed upon a pre owned very young unit with a 2 year warranty. However that was incorrectly hooked up and we were back to 90+ degrees . The second unit was the wrong size unit but he stated "It'll work ". No Bueno Brian . It didn't work . It took us another week to get them back out and guess what !!? Something apparently blew . Now we also have no heating system as well . On the meantime this joker offers to trade us a new unit for my husband's motorcycle. No Brian , this is not how a business works .. So after Brian takes a trip to Sturgis he claims he will get this part to fix it . Well we verified that the part is a $20 in stock part and he could have done that already . But Sturgis ... Priorities... My husband had to track him down . Again. It's only been 3 weeks you know.Brian hung up on him and refuses to answer our calls . Sadly I wish I would have found the reviews on this company . Brian has done this repeatedly. Brian is also a felon on probation. Brian should have fixed our AC . Brian should have not ripped other people off . Brian wasn't supposed to leave the state . Brian had just taken a couples check for a new AC unit , cashed it and went to Sturgis . And we have their receipt also . This has to stop ! Three complaints on the BBB and two complaints on Angis List . One of these complaints shows extensive damage to their ceiling . Somehow he managed to cause a leak that went from the ceiling to the floor below . Infants shouldn't play big kids games . When I posted on FB I received 5 messages about this company and more specifically Brian West . We did call the sheriffs office and they knew him well . We have more people behind us now and can hopefully stop him from taking peoples money and not doing the work . So maybe this is a little long but I do hope you take the time to read this . Do not use this company!! They screwed my elderly parents over who are on a fixed income. They installed a faulty heat pump system that didn't work and never fixed it and never called them back they are out over $5000!!!! I wonder how they would feel if someone took advantage of their parents. This company is a disgrace and should be put out of business. read more

I wish there was a negative rating! These idiots were installing and new AC/Furnace for our neighbor. I was there to oversee the installation!. They were soldering the elbows and set off the sprinkler system. Water was pouring down from 4 floors of laundry rooms above until we shut off the main water supply. Needless to say the screwed over the owners by not showing up again. The management company and I checked to condo next door and their tile floors have now buckled! And the owner paid in full upfront! This company needs to be stopped and put out of business before it happens to another unsuspecting consumer! read more

**SCAMMER ALERT** Where do I start?! I would never refer my worst enemy to use this company services! We paid you $16,000 for new construction HVAC system in 9/2022, and not only did they have to come back out in June to give us air conditioning, but they recently sent a tech out last week so I could have heat finally. That tech couldn't figure out our Nest thermostat, so he left saying he'd return later but never did! Very cold temps are upon us, but no one at this company could give a shit less! All phone numbers for this company are automatically forwarded to voicemail. They have ghosted our calls from day one! I wish we had read the many poor online reviews from other customers who they have also swindled, because I would never have given them the time of day! We had to have another company come out over the weekend to right their wrongs, and I finally have "electric" heat. I paid for a unit with a heat pump, but because their company was in adequate in doing the correct install, the company that I have hired now will be back out this week to do all needed repairs that should've been done right from the get go! I have submitted a complaint with the Missouri Attorney General's office, and I have also reported them to the Better Business Bureau. I have also contacted a private attorney. I hope others read the online reviews that are out there for all to see to ensure they are not swindled also! read more
