Thank you I am…read morecurrently renting a home in Dallas Georgia where I'm responsible for pest control. I thought I could manage with the DIY kit I bought from Facebook and all that it killed were crickets. It wasn't until I found a wasp nest under one of the alcoves on the front of my house and having to kill a spider, with babies pouring out of it that I finally realized enough is enough!! My sister lives in the area and recommended a chain service, but I found their online reviews to be consistently negative. So, I did some research on Yelp and Google and found Hole-In-One Pest Solutions. I wish I had called earlier as I continue to put this off despite having additional spiders coming through various cracks, corners, doorways, etc. The customer service representative was extremely helpful and kind. Super easy to talk to and helped me set up my first pest control appointment. I've always lived in an apartment so I've never had to deal with this before. I appreciated her patience and compassion as I explained my terrifying wolf spider story. Within just a couple days (due to my schedule) I had a tech out at my place. He listened attentively to the issues, and after a walk around the perimeter we agreed to a treatment plan and price. (Side note - a big turn off and red flag for me is when companies try to guilt or scare you into a subscription or additional services. This was NOT the case. Thank you for treating me fairly and not taking advantage of a first time homeowner/renter. I will always respect the integrity of a company that stands behind their services and work to create value added packages without the over the top sales pressure, and that starts from the top, so kudos to your management!!) When I say (my tech) Trace Barron went above, and beyond, he went above and beyond...stay tuned. - Laid down traps inside of my garage - wore shoe covers when coming indoors - cleared away existing spider webs from outdoor areas for me - washed down windows where pesticide had dripped down on windows from wasp nest removal Thank you Trace for caring about me, my home and my dogs. More importantly, thank you for ridding my house of those god awful eight legged creatures. I truly appreciated your compassion and attention to detail. I would recommend Trace and the team at Hole in One Pest control to anyone in their service area. I promise you won't be disappointed.

I contracted with Peachtree Pest Control's Wildlife Division earlier this summer, and unfortunately…read morethe experience was defined by poor scheduling, communication failures, and bad follow-through. The sales process was smooth, although in hindsight I believe I may have purchased more than I needed. After that, the problems started. Regular pest-control technicians were sent to my home even though I had contracted for wildlife services, and these technicians could not perform wildlife work. They also confused appointments, including sending a technician when I had never been told a visit was scheduled. When the wildlife work was finally scheduled, I took off work to be home. The crew arrived and told me the electricity to the house had to be disconnected before they could proceed. No one had told me that in advance, so the appointment had to be rescheduled. I then arranged with the utility company to disconnect my power and took additional time off work. When the next Peachtree technician arrived, I was told the power did not actually need to be disconnected. The work was completed while I was left sitting in a house without electricity waiting for the utility company to return and reconnect service. I was also told they would return in about two weeks to remove the one-way wildlife exclusion device installed on the house. Instead, it remained there for roughly two and a half months and was only removed after repeated calls. Eventually, I canceled the service and repeatedly asked to speak with management. I called approximately six times. I eventually spoke with a field manager who was already familiar with my property because he had personally come out to remove the exclusion device. He said he would escalate my concerns to two people above him and that someone would contact me. That was about a week ago, and no one has. At this point, I have given up trying to get the company to address the experience directly. My dissatisfaction is not based on one mistake. It is the cumulative result of the wrong technicians being dispatched, appointment confusion, unnecessary loss of electrical service, multiple days of missed work, a promised two-week follow-up taking roughly two and a half months, and repeated difficulty getting management involved. Whatever the underlying cause, my experience with the Wildlife Division was far more difficult and time-consuming than it should have been. I would recommend using anyone else.

Please know that this exterminating service is very unprofessional . The tech approached my front…read moredoor and knocked and rang the doorbell. When I did not answer, he went back to his truck and put on equipment and began to spray a solution from the jug on his back . Keep in mind , I never ordered this service or promised to pay for their service . He went all the way around my house and continued to spray and I felt very violated . I am certain he felt like I was an African American homeowner , which is why he was trespassing on my property . I could not come to his home and just because he didn't answer , have the freedom to walk around his home . This was totally out of line and if it happens again I will be pressing charges against the company . As a homeowner , I have a right not to answer my door and he has a right to leave immediately if I don't . After he was illegally on my property , he stayed outside my home and in my driveway for another 20-25 mins this is totally unacceptable . I will be exploring my rights as a homeowner . I'm disgusted that he felt like he could do this and get away with that type of disrespect . I am in need of an exterminating company , but there is no way I would use them or recommend them to anyone especially if you're African American because the disrespect is real!

First and foremost, I must say how much being a patron to a locally owned business is great and…read morethat should honestly be reason enough... But I follow that with... If you're not using Robards Pest Control for your home or business already, you should. If you're like me... You hate bugs... And the sooner winter can come and kill them all, the better... But in the meantime, why deal with them when there's someone like Joseph at RPC who can take care of you and yours? Let me tell you, it was really late at night and I had a question about a specific bug and though it was the weekend and very much after hours, Joseph took the time to thoughtfully respond to my question and point me in the right direction with both home prep (sealing up entry-access points) and which product would do the best job at killing and deterring the bugs in question. But, one tip?Unlike me, maybe, unless it's like an "Arachnophobia" situation... wait until normal business hours to decide to take an interest on a particular bug? I highly recommend RPC, and agajn, if you're anything like me and the closest you come to being "in touch with nature" is observing it from the other side of a window... Then what do you have to lose??
