When I called to question the bill for $160.00 ish dollars, after insurance pays, that's when it went down hill in our conversation. Very rude, refused to give her name to me, wanted to quote me the riot act, wouldn't allow me to talk to anyone else, threatened collections, etc. etc. I just wanted too know why there was a charge and as of today, still don't know. I have several retail stores and realize the customer could be the problem just as much as the employee, but since she wouldn't allow me to talk to anyone else, I take my concern to this platform since I refuse to let this behavior go , and that's on me. A month later, it was causing sharp internal pain and sensitivity to cold. When I went back in, he gave it a 30-second glance, did a bite test, and immediately blamed my bite -- no X-ray, no cold test, no real effort to investigate. When I explained the pain felt internal, he cut me off with "Oh, you don't trust the professional?" -- arrogant and defensive from the start. I calmly tried to understand what he was seeing because it felt like we weren't even on the same page. Instead of a conversation, he kept claiming I was "arguing" simply because I was asking for clarity and solutions for a problem he clearly didn't want to deal with. It got worse when he pulled up a picture of my tooth, pointed to the wrong part, and tried to gaslight me into believing I had told them it was the back, when I'd clearly said the front from the start. When I asked the assistant to confirm what I said, he called me "petty" and kicked us out. Their office coordinator, Haley, wasn't any better. When I reached out hoping for accountability, she told me not to expect an apology since I was no longer a patient. She gave a weak, obligatory apology on their behalf but made it clear she needed to "hear their side" -- as if any part of this was acceptable or up for debate. That kind of leadership sets the tone for a practice, and it shows. Save yourself the time, money, and frustration. This office cares more about ego than patient care, and their professionalism is nonexistent.

First time as a new patient here for dental care…read more Making an appointment- was simple I was taken care of by both Rae and Madison. Appreciate that they do stuff mostly by the mobile phones. Submitted insurance, forms via my phone which was very appreciated. And they were extremely patient with me. They even offered the option of same day appointments!! On the day itself- not much waiting was needed. I was the first appointment of the day. The lady who triaged me was very gentle and sweet- I did forget her name though. She also helped with xrays and blood pressure taking. Nerves got the better of me. I'm extremely skittish when it comes to dental appointments. Appreciated that the dental chair allowed me to look out the window to calm myself down. My dental hygienist - Kayla was delightful. Very gentle- i was expecting pain- never once did I feel pain. Carson- dental tech was also very calming. - he assisted with both xrays and orthopantograms (panoramic) and also applying fluoride. Last and not least- i appreciate the wonderful and calming Dr Louis Hedlund. Every step of what he was going to do was explained. Never once did i feel compelled to do something I didnt want to. ( some clinics oversell you stuff). They give you informed options. He is also very knowledgeable and very personable. Apart from some chairs and cabinets looking a little dated, everything was clean and bright. Check out and rebooking was a breeze.
