Once you figure out which floor houses your section, you can hone in and set up base. Because few students actually can read, there are spaces aplenty in which to hide away, say, with that leather-bound Wordsworth I just found that, me thinks, is old enough to have been handled by the poet himself. Anyone with any pretense to scholarly activity will call it El Dorado.

There are a few computers, a children's room, a teen area, and a couple reading areas and study tables. For adults they have a lot of programs too including cookbook club, Friday dessert and movie, and a knitters group. They are small so they don't have the largest selection of books but they are connected to a large group of local libraries including Springdale so you can order from there and pick up at this location.

I recently moved to the area and was amazed to discover that my new local library just happens to be the best library I've ever been to. The selection of books is excellent and the children's section is wonderful. But they go above and beyond in so many areas; They have a great selection of the normal fare movies, audio books, and magazines. But you can also play and check out board games, graphic novels, telescopes, and fishing rods. They have a teen area. Study areas. A bookstore, where you can find great prices. And they have a cafe. Visit and support this gem of a library!

The library is part of a long building that also includes the police, fire station, city hall, and courthouse. There are 2 rooms and it's set up more like a cozy bookstore. The kids' room in the back has movies and a good selection of kids and teen books . There is one kids computer and a bench but not much seating. The front room has a librarians desk, and all the walls are covered with bookcases along with a couple center shelves for movies, audiobooks, and paperbacks. I believe they have a public computer available and a few chairs. It's definitely worth stopping by if you are a book lover and live nearby!

The staff was incredibly kind and helpful in getting us set up, and we left with a stack of books and a fun STEAM backpack. They have a lot of these backpacks to choose from to keep kids busy and entertained. It is a great environment for studying or just relaxing with a book or magazine.
