I'm nearly 40 and didn't think I was in bad shape however after just 6 months with Andy at Ludus the changes I have seen in myself have really surpassed any and all expectations I had. Andy is great to work with, he is really encouraging and takes the time to explain the science behind the training. He is sneaky though so make sure you keep count of your reps and don't think for a second battle ropes are fun, they're not....they're evil. That being said I am very grateful for the work he has put in with me and I can't recommend Ludus Fitness enough, perfect for beginners like me who are put off by massive gyms and could do with a point in the right direction. 10/10

The sports centre is used frequently by students who get special discounts on the courts and classes. However others can use the facilities too, but for a higher price. The centre offers a range of classes such as yoga and aerobics, as well as squash courts and a hall which can be rented out for football, badminton, table tennis etc. The one downside to the centre is that it is sometimes used for university exams. This means that the hall is unavaliable at this time. As the centre is aimed at students opening hours and classes are significantly reduced when it is not term time.
