Fom the moment you walk in, the people on the desk say hello everytime, and using their facilities is just easy and simple which makes the whole experience worthwhile. The gym is huge, and even when it's busiest at 5-6pm, it is still cool, and plenty of machinery available. The pool is large enough to keep everyone happy, although it can get a little crowded in here thwn the kids are having swimming lessons after school. I'm nearly 40 and didn't think I was in bad shape however after just 6 months with Andy at Ludus the changes I have seen in myself have really surpassed any and all expectations I had. Andy is great to work with, he is really encouraging and takes the time to explain the science behind the training. He is sneaky though so make sure you keep count of your reps and don't think for a second battle ropes are fun, they're not....they're evil. That being said I am very grateful for the work he has put in with me and I can't recommend Ludus Fitness enough, perfect for beginners like me who are put off by massive gyms and could do with a point in the right direction. 10/10

For example, my classroom had examples of flares and other safety gear on the wall which the instructor referred to during the class. The class was well prepared and used PowerPoint slides shown on a big screen on the classroom. The best part of the course was the practical session. Storm force booked a pool for our life raft training, which was a 2 hour long session. We also got to test fire flares. I also found Stormforce to be responsive to emails before the class with questions about the course and content. Also good follow-up emails with tutorials and info.
