I've been a fan of this food truck for years, and yet a proper review has somehow eluded me until now. The owners are kindly California transplants, hence the truck's name, and the food is unlike much of what you can get around here. While the menu features flatbreads and quesadillas/burritos/tacos, you can also find fried artichoke hearts and cucumber borscht.
