I filled out the claim, he took pictures and then they never followed up. Several calls from me, all they gave was excuses, hoping I'd go away, like the many others with similar stories that I have since read about from Washman. I remembered Convoy hand car wash, saw that they could fix scratches and headed over. The owner met me outside, was professional, helpful, and reasonable for all they did. Afterwards my car looked new again, you know, how it did before Washman! I was so happy with the service, the scratch repair, the detail inside and out, I'm definitely driving a little further for a lot better, to convoy hand wash now. I will never go back to roller brushes, cloth strip, automatic washes. Stats would say eventually your car will get scratched by the trapped grime, sand, dirt and other, especially on busy days.

I elected for the $44.99 "Works", which includes a wipe down of the interior, vacuuming, and more. Although your car does go through the drive-thru wash like another Soapy competitor, I found my car to be waaay cleaner than that other the place. Although I usually get my car detailed elsewhere $$$, this was a really great lower cost solution that really got the job done. The guys who wipe down and dry your car really did a wonderful job. Even the vacuuming was down extremely well. You even get your choice of a couple of under the seat air fresheners. Unfortunately it rained the evening after my wash, but Alonzo and his team said that I could bring it back through for another wash- free of charge. They mentioned that if it rains within 24 hours of the wash, you can bring it on back for another wash of the exterior. That's freaking cool. I'll definitely be returning here when it's time for another wash. Thanks to the Alonso and the team at Convoy Hand Wash. So fresh and so clean clean.

The back seat wasn't wiped down and there was dog hair everywhere. The front seat where you roll down the window had dust all over it still. There were several dirt spots all over the exterior. They consistently do an absolute amazing job cleaning my car, and their pricing is incredibly reasonable for the quality care you receive. Every single person who has worked on my vehicle has been professional, thorough, and genuinely nice. What really sets this place apart, though, is the manager. They are unbelievably accommodating, even during times when I am on a strict time crunch and need my car finished by a specific time. They always make it happen without cutting corners. The wait is also a breeze. They have a comfortable lounge area to relax in, and if you get hungry, there is a great taco shop within walking distance. I cannot recommend this place enough!
