In my case, I joined for the summer, and signed up for eight Trainer sessions. Several months later, I noticed on my credit card that they were still billing me $349 a month for every month of the year for sessions I was not receiving, while I was not even a member.. I brought it to the Trainers attention, she brought it to her manager's attention, and Yessi the manager was unable to get my money back. She says that corporate will not honor the mistake that the Trainer at their gym made. They gave me one month refund, and hoped I would go away. It is essentially stealing. They took my money for no services, they know that the mistake was theirs, and that no services were delivered. I have everything in writing. And they will not return my money to me. When I am done with this review, I will be reporting 24 hour fitness to the Better Business Bureau. I would at all cost stay away from this chain, and definitely do not give them your credit card. I have given them every opportunity to rectify the situation. But after several months of waiting, calling, texting, giving them space and time to rectify their error, I am done. There are no humans in this chain of responsibility with any integrity. This system has fallen to the lack of leadership and lack of vision that happens when a business is overextended and on its way out. I expect to see this chain collapse very shortly.

The place is just dirty floors, equipment, locker rooms it feels like nothing is being maintained. The locker rooms are especially bad: soap dispensers empty, no toilet paper, and nothing ever seems to get restocked. Feels like a 24 hour fitness. On top of that, a lot of the equipment is broken or out of order. Machines sit there with "out of service" signs for days, sometimes weeks, and it doesn't look like there's any urgency to fix them. It makes working out here feel like a hassle instead of something you look forward to. The only reason I gave this place two stars instead of one is because the staff themselves are friendly and helpful. They're clearly doing their best, but it feels like management hasn't figured out how to run this location yet. I really hope they get it together soon, because right now, this gym is not worth it.

The manager here is great and she does all she can with what she has to work with. The refresh looks good and the club is down the block from my house but unfortunately I spend very little time here. I'm giving this place four stars because I understand it's a popular spot during peak hours, and I can imagine it might be difficult to find available machines at those times. They also overcharged me for personal training sessions I couldn't attend, and sold us a boxing membership only to get rid of the boxing coach almost immediately. When I asked to cancel, they still kept billing. Every time I talked to management I was told it would be handled, notes would be added, and corporate would follow up. None of that ever happened. Operations manager Tony Avila told me multiple times he would take care of it, but that did not happen. Honestly not sure what "operations manager" means here because nothing was managed and none of the problems were fixed. To make it worse, I later found out the sales staff who signed me up are no longer there because of shady practices, which lines up exactly with what happened to me. Most of the regular staff are nice, but management did nothing to fix the problem. Be very careful what you sign here and watch your bank statements. 1 star added bc i like most of the staff are dope.
