A crew is working on my neighbors house across the street. A young man knocked on my door around…read more7:45 AM and asked that I move my car from the street to which I replied I would figure out where to move it but that it wouldn't be right that second. Approx 10 minutes later another individual came to my door more aggressively asking me to move my car to which I responded AGAIN that I would move it but that it would not be right that second. He began to argue with me attempting to intimidate me into moving my vehicle from a PUBLIC street. I let him know that their time frame was not my problem and that I had my own schedule I was working on to leave for work. He continued to argue with me, and then threatened me that he was going to have my car towed. I asked him if he worked for the city and he confirmed that he did not so I let him know that he could go ahead and do what he wanted. This crew is INCREDIBLY unprofessional and I do not take some guy trying to intimidate me and threaten me lightly. As a private company, you have ZERO right to threaten me that you're going to tow my vehicle from a public street. This is beyond unprofessional. This company will NEVER get my business and I'll be sure to pass my experience along to my friends and family. I attempted to contact them to discuss over the phone but no one answered the phone the entire day.

They also left the work area cleaner than they found it. We are very pleased with the landscaping they did. We had them use stone and rock around the front and sides of our home and around our front tree. I will definitely use Nathan and the team again and highly recommend them for your next project. They came highly recommended from a college buddy of mine. I couldn't agree more about the high-quality of work and materials used and also the finished look. They definitely amped up our curb appeal.

They had many types, styles and colors of shingles to choose from including the Class 4 shingles preferred by my insurance company. All of the stove pipes and exhaust/sewer vents were painted a nice matching color. The work looks to be perfect. The cleanup was spotless - no nails and no pieces of shingles laying around. They were careful and moved my deck furniture, swing and grill out of the way and back in place when finished. They did everything in ONE day. The weren't cheapest but very close and I am so glad I chose them over the other firms who came and gave estimates. I am a fan and would recommend Sonntag to everyone.
