They have what appears to be a very large and very active EAA chapter, full of friendly locals who loved to stop by and talk airplanes any time we were on the grounds. The fuel guys have a classic old fuel truck and a great rate for full service. Ingress and egress, both by airplane and by car, was very easy. The airport is untowered but the area is so rural that traffic was never a concern.

I rented a Mercedes class c from Friday to Monday. All I brought was my food. We drove around so that I could get familiar with the dashboard, how to turn corners and watch out for trees. I found the vehicle easy to drive and the the ride was great! I camped with my family, who came in their camper, at Kohler Andre state park mid May. That was the weekend we had rain and thunderstorms but I was safe and warm inside the camper and even used the a/c when it got to hot for me. The location is easy to find and my deposit was returned in a timely manor. Thanks again for a great weekend with my family.

Do not send your children here. horrible care. constant turn around. they do not treat the children…read morekindly. it's so unorganized. the children learn nothing all day, just play- barely supervised. i kept my child there for maybe a few months and every single day he cried at drop off and pick up- that's telling. he never played with any of the other children, was just sad and upset all day until pick up. i wish they would actually look into this company because it is HORRIBLE. the customer service claims they are audited, but they're told ahead of time so of course they stay in business. it's really unfortunate for these poor children who get borderline neglected at this facility.
