The tech came out again to go over the work once more. He seemed honest about doing everything in his power to make sure everything he saw was properly sealed, but again the moisture meter showed the problem still wasn't improving 1-2 weeks after. Finally the original salesman came back but bluntly refused to do any more work on the issue, or even seriously look at it. He took a glance at my 5-months-of-water-damaged plaster bedroom ceiling/wall and said "sorry there's nothing we can possibly do". Not even sure why he bothered showing up.

They do not work right they do not capture anything by the curb/mail box of my house or after 5pm. I was never given a receipt for these camera. Left him several text messages to please help and walk me though the camers and checking out the first panel of the garage door which he told me he would but heard nothing.
