She sends many updates and a summary of their day. She is available to speak anytime if needed. And she is very patient. She also gave a presentation along other guides about child independence which was very helpful. Mrs Emily, the director is very nice helpful. Grateful for these people.

Like I did, you may think this is a good thing as your kid gets to see the school and the Teacher gets to know kid's strengths and weaknesses so that they can help kids in some areas and set them up for the success. If you think like I did, you are wrong, in the name of "assessment/Interview" they regulate admissions. They cherry pick kids & call it company policies. Kids at age 2 or 3 you are supposed to accept all comers just like authentic public schools but they are private franchises and won't thrive for diversity. This is a terrible thing to do and remember they will judge your kid and parenting the minute you walk in the door for the interview. They seek answers for all the questions from their questionnaire, and they judge you kid based on how they feed themselves, toilet practices, language skills etc. when they are just 2 years old; if your kid lacks in some areas (most toddlers do anyway) they just decline the enrollment and confirm you in writing that you toddler is NOT ready for "Toddler" community. Staff at Wonderland Montessori won't even be shy to tell you in writing that if toddler lacks in anyone of those basis tasks at age 2 it would be difficult for a child to catch up to skills, they need to acquire at a rapid pace in their classroom of 14 students. Rapid Pace, what, huh? I was shocked!! Asked them are we still talking about "Toddler Enrollment" in the day care or High school senior enrolling in college? Though I had a terrible experience and short-term agony but I'm happy that in the long-run I liberated my kid from toxic culture and policies. Just beware of this kind of "biased" selection process and remember you always have options for your loved ones.

After I spent significant time and effort rearranging my schedule and preparing for enrollment, no one contacted me to let me know that my child's spot was no longer available. Instead, I later learned that other families had been placed ahead of us and the room was full. What frustrates me most is not simply that a spot became unavailablethings happen. The problem is that no one communicated this to me in a timely manner, despite the impact it had on my family. I wasted time, energy, and effort based on information that was no longer accurate. When concerns were raised, I did not feel that management took accountability for the breakdown in communication. Instead of acknowledging the mistake and working toward a solution, I felt dismissed and unsupported. Parents deserve clear, timely communication when making important childcare decisions. I hope the director and office staff improve their communication practices so other families do not experience the same frustration and stress that mine did.

Ms Puja, the experienced director, and Ms Erica were so patient and understanding with my multiple calls, emails and texts checking in on my son in his first couple of weeks. We knew our son was in great hands from the start. My son enjoys all of the engaging activities his teachers provide each day. His language has expanded in just weeks and he's singing songs at home. I have experience as an early childhood educator and I am in awe of all of the experiences and opportunities to learn that they are providing to my 1.5 year old each day. I know that he will continue to grow and learn here for years to come and he will, most definitely, benefit from his time here at HMA. When I pick my son up each day you can see the love he has for all of his amazing teachers and the staff at HMA and I can see that they know and care for my child and all of the children in their care. He blows kisses and grins to each teacher when we leave and it melts my heart. Absolute worst experience--Zero safety and zero accountability!…read more I am writing this to warn everyone about the complete lack of professionalism and safety at this facility. Management is claiming I was a "no call, no show," which is a blatant lie. I was physically present at the facility. I explicitly requested the security camera footage to prove that a teacher hit a child and tried to grab me but they have repeatedly refused to provide it to me. I finally told the staff member to call me only when they actually have the footage ready. Worse than the administrative dishonesty is how they handle safety. I brought up a severe incident where I was almost assaulted inside the classroom. Instead of taking this safety breach seriously, the staff member in management literally smirked in my face and acted like it never happened. This place allows teachers to hit and roughen up students without any consequences. Do not trust them with your safety or your children. They do not care about security, they hide evidence, and they laugh at violence. Avoid this place at all costs!

He believes the Bible which teaches salvation is by grace through faith. (You may think they all believe that, but most of them add works to salvation by wrongly defining repentance.) 2.
