I reached out a month after I dropped our paperwork off and the office staff stated they sent our documents to Bill, Bill stated he never received them from the office. Once Bill got them the day I reached out it took one business day to hear back of completion. I went to sign my paperwork in person and got there at 5:22. Online states open until 6:00. After pulling up the employees walked up and shut off the open sign and the lights. I walked in and asked if they are open because on google maps it stated until 6:00. Lady says they close at 5:00, that Bill is the only one that will work all night. Old white dude popped off stating that the hours I quoted is google not H&r. Bill is wonderful. The representation of his business, in his absence in this years experience, was sub par.
