He got us an amazing deal way faster and smoother than we ever could have imagined possible!  Josh Miller with Hector Rayden Realty really worked to build a working relationship so he could prioritize what was most important to us. That initial ground work, plus some luck, means we are finishing this process in under 2 months with a home we are confident is exactly what we need right now.  He cares about making sure queer people feel comfortable coming to him with their business. When I wanted to swing by and take a second look at the house we would eventually buy, he made sure we got to see the house as soon as possible.
