He's super friendly and was great to talk to. Got us some of their garden mix, 1 yard worth. He gave us some large plastic pots for us to haul the soil in our vehicle. Offered delivery but I figured for the amount of soil, I could handle it. The other employees were nice and friendly as well. They have a great place for tress and shrubs. It all seems organized and well kept. I'll definitely return based on the overall appearance of everything they had and the excellent staff they have.

She was looking for moss roses, which they also don't carry. She was interested in another flower they did have but the employee we were talking to was distracted by a vehicle that had pulled in. Clearly a friend, as she abruptly left stating the lady needed help and left us standing there. Another employee came by without acknowledging us. I told my mom that we were done. They were not interested in our business. We went to Wery's where they are always happy, friendly and knowledgeable. They also have moss roses and veggies.

Not that there is anything wrong with fleet farm and getting 20% off with the season being in the middle of June. But this is a mom and pop shop with loyal people so I love to support them. I was promised that it would be made and delivered that day. It's Thursday afternoon and has still not been delivered. I called the store and the man who answered was very rude, never apologized and said "it's a busy time of year." He then told me it had been delivered. When I told him it was not, I was told, "maybe you'll have better luck with another florist." I ended the call. He called back to say the arrangement was still sitting in their back room and has not been delivered. Despite not being delivered four days after it was supposed to be, they charged my account earlier in the week. Horrible customer service. Still no product, despite being charged for the arrangement and the delivery.
