When I went into the office the next morning just to verify, I was met with hostility, yelled at like it was my fault they made a mistake, and told to take my business elsewhere. I asked a simple question because I do not understand tax law but I knew that I didnt qualify for a refund that was included, even though I had provided the appropriate documentation, and rather then being handled professionally, I was yelled at. I will be finding another firm that actually care about how they handle their clients.

We were, after 19 years of steady work for the firm they bought we turned out to be small potatoes for them so were "let go" as clients. We even got a letter from them about our tax returns that said, "Do NOT Reply" to a letter they sent us.
