The woman Kerry in the Greenville office was quite nice and def sold the package. The photos they had to show us were done beautifully during our initial meeting. Please be aware that this is a very large company and you will get paired with a photographer who they say "meet your needs", but honestly its who ever is avail. We did meet with our photographer Dustin in the Springfield office. We discussed pictures and the wedding day plans. Now it did rain and had to alter our picture plans, but the two stars are for the pics that were taken were just OK. The venue had some great shots that weren't captured and of course we can see this now thinking back. The assistant actually took better shots. The pics weren't special and for some reason they decided our band needed a good 15 pictures or more. Not even all of my guests were captured or each table, but they got the band and lots of them. I know they did their best, but for the price and what we received I would have to say please go and try someone else. Your wedding day is a memorable moment and if you want average pics you should pay average price. We did have an amazing day no matter weather or pictures and that truly is what matters most.

He discussed with the couple and was happy to work with their plans and what they did and didn't want, and very thoughtful about the photography options with great suggestions.
