Every single time I visit my friend here, there is dog feces and urine in the hallways and outside the elevators. It's nasty and completely unacceptable for a building that calls itself "luxury." My friend has contacted management over and over again, but nothing changes. Clearly management either doesn't care or isn't enforcing the rules. Until they get serious about cleaning and holding residents accountable, this place is not worth the rent they're charging.

We were directed on which elevator to use to get to the pool located on the third floor. It's imperative that you use the right elevator. The pool is charming, with seating around the pool and restrooms are near them for easy access. They also have a room with tables and chairs leading out to the pool. This place is worth checking out if you're looking for somewhere to live in downtown Birmingham.

I've personally been stuck in an elevator multiple times and have also had them move with the doors still open, and have heard similar incidents from other residents. I have also seen the doors slam very hard onto someone as they were entering the elevator. I've been told that this should improve soon but as of now it remains an issue. Parking can be a hassle, you are allowed one vehicle and you cannot park in the deck if you are driving a different vehicle. The elevators in the parking deck do not work as well.

I spent a lot of days, nights, and weekends here and always had such a nice time! The view is incredible! The staff are lovely, friendly, kind, and helpful, and the residents are the same - very friendly and kind! It's a passcode protected property with on-site security staff who man a physical security desk in the lobby. There's an outdoor swimming pool, and lovely small-ish balconies for each condo. Dear friend's seventh floor balcony had absolutely breathtaking sunset views!!! It's location is ideal as you can walk to delicious restaurants, the annual Do Dah Day parade and events, a convenience store, liquor store, and more!! The guest parking is extremely limited here and it is located to the right as you face the condo entrance. There are maybe six small-ish parking spaces and they are a tight squeeze. I scraped the bumper of my Camry trying to do a three point turn in that parking area without disrupting others to move their vehicles. The scrape wasn't bad and I didn't bother getting it repaired. The condos are virtually soundproof! I've never been disturbed by footsteps in the units above her condo, or disturbed by noises in the hallway. The ground floor parking garage is excellent! I don't know if everyone gets two indoor parking garage spaces but she and her husband had two indoor parking spaces. The condominiums keep rolling shopping carts available for the residents to offload things like groceries from their vehicles. There are one or two shopping carts for that purpose. They do not overly assess the residents, in my opinion. During her decade plus living here, I believe they were assessed for a lobby upgrade and then replacement windows - assessments were not constant and excessive. In her case, it is small pet friendly, as she had two felines and others had small dogs. I recommend calling them for details on the pet guidelines. If you are considering a condo for rent or purchase, I highly recommend Park Tower!
