The Chassehof is a better than average execution of the usual all you can eat formula. Usually all you can eat Chinese is something of a slopfest, but this one was a pretty good spread including veg, meats, noodles and deserts, the sushi on offer is actually pretty good too, much better than expected.
Where the Chassehof is different to the norm significantly is in the fresh cooking section where you can select your own fresh ingredients (meats, veg etc.) to have them freshly cooked in your choice of sauces.
There's also grilled meats and teriyaki available, cooked on demand.
There are however two things which I mark it down for; the place is utter chaos, and it's expensive.
The first issue is maybe a symptom of it's popularity, but the fresh food area especially seemed little more than organised chaos.
The second isn't and issue for me per say, but it's worthy of note. If you're not on a rugby team you'll maybe feel you've over paid for what you get. read more
