So contacted this company to assemble a costco bed I had ordered. I sent the specs to him via email. He sent a link for payment so I sent prepayment ahead of time.....I then asked my friend to go to the house to let the assembler in. The guy showed up 45 mins late and when greeted at the door my neighbor kindly said 'how are you today.' His response was rude and dismissive which set the tone for a bad encounter. Anyway...he goes in the house and walks around for a few minutes and sees where the bed was supposed to go. He then said 'I ain't doing this.' He proceeded to leave and my neighbor said hey....why are you leaving. He simply said 'because I am not doing this.' I tried to call him after and he didn't pick up the phone. Uuugh.
