My husband requires dialysis and his appts are 5am, 45 minutes away. They didn't hesitate and showed up within an hour to help us out. Fast forward 2 weeks... I was feeling pretty defeated earlier. Piles upon piles of snow. I've tried to keep up with the snow as it fell. Ww still need to get out for medical treatment 3x a week. Been using a sled to shuttle supplies, firewood etc through the front yard. My driveway was getting narrower and narrower... Woke up this morning to about 6 more inches of snow and felt like throwing in the towel. I left a message with Dadco earlier in hopes they had an opening. I was sitting inside and all of a sudden here comes a Knight in Shining Armor (ok, a guy with a yellow/orange vest on a big ole backhoe/tractor).
