Regularly there are families and individuals who come to this McDs who have some tough circumstances in their life. Most people would make quick conversation and work to avoid further interaction. But I've witnessed management and other cashiers/servers go out of their way to address, high five, check-in, and laugh with these individuals. I expect this staff, like most businesses, has problems and not everyday or night is easy to be intentional in kindness and charity.
