Who doesn't like a nice cold chocolate frosty on a hot day? They are only taking orders through the drive thru. No inside eating. Their spicy chicken combo can't be beat especially their chicken sandwich. I know a lot of people like the other chicken place, but for me Wendy's food has better chicken sandwiches, and over all better tasting fast-food menu options. Where they can approve is faster drive thru service. I don't know why they boarded up their second window, if they would open it up, having one window for payments and one for food would speed up the wait times. Cars wouldn't have to wait in line so long and waste gas. Hopefully they follow the golden arches regarding this issue. read more

Very disappointed. We waited at the drive thru speaker for over 10 minutes with no other cars in sight and then the worker finally reached out to ask for our order. Every 6 months or so I try breakfast again..... always a disappointment. Today I pull up and their grills are not working so they only have syrup sticks. I would give a zero stars if I could. I went here last week 10 or more minutes before they closed. My friends made 2 orders then I asked if we could do a third, they said I needed to drive around to do so which I did. Then they got mad at me saying that they were closing but I had tried to order before hand but waited for the person in front of me. I went through the drive through and ordered 3 meals. All three were wrong when we got home. I had mentioned at the window that we wanted fresh fries as the time before they fries we got were only luke warm. So I paid and they asked me to pull around and wait. When we got home My nuggets were not spicy like i asked for and my kids meal was a cheese burger not a hamburger and my child wouldnt eat it and I asked for a Ausiago Chicken and only got their simple chicken sandwich. And i never received a receipt to referr to. I tried over 10 times to call their location and it would only ring and then i would get a message saying they were with other customers and to call back later. Listen, national fast food chains aren't really my yelp oeuvre , but man if this Wendy's didn't bring their A game last night. They were hands down the friendliest fast food crew I've ever come across. There are times when I'm ordering food from a restaurant that the employees can't hide the raw emotional pain they are experiencing at having to cook and put together what must feel like 25 meals. I can't blame them. This was not that experience. The woman at the window was downright thoughtful, helping us find and use some coupons, adding something we'd forgotten with no complaints, complimenting our choices, and even asking what else she could do for us. I live by this Wendy's and have always been a fan, but I'm sitting in line, waiting 7 min in between each car moving forward taking almost 30 min at times to get my food. This hasn't changed in the year and a half I've lived here, and on top of this they consistently get my most generic orders wrong. This is coming from a person who would be considered to be a positive/happy guy. Never written a bad review in my life, but i felt this is warranted it after being made late for work, trapped in line after 26 min and counting. as many chances as I've given this place I don't think that I'll be back any time soon. read more

Been to this establishment multiple times throughout my long life and I've never had anything except bizarre, senseless service. The food takes about a century and a half to arrive, and when it does, you can tell it's been sitting for a couple decades before they decided to bring it out. Bizarre staff that is not super friendly, they gave my girlfriend a salad with cold, soggy, shredded chicken nuggets. I expect nothing but the best for her and they really ruined my night. I hope nobody else decides to frequent this mad house. There is great Wendys a couple miles away on Foothill Blvd that is a much better option. read more

This Wendy's has some of the most compassionate employees I've ever encountered. Our beloved dog was rushed to the emergency animal hospital early in the morning and ultimately had to be put down. As I waited at home with my kids for news of our dog, my husband was thinking of ways to lessen the blow of losing our dog. He called Wendy's and asked if their frosty machine was working. They said yes, but they don't do frosties in the mornings. My husband mentioned our dog passing away and they so kindly fired up the frosty machine for us. This kind gesture will be remembered by our family for many years. read more

THIS WENDY'S IS THE WORST. 9/10 Times I go to this Wendys they always get the order wrong when I try my best to be as specific as possible. Whenever I order I SPECIFICALLY ask for no cheese or pickles on a burger, and yet I always find at least one of those items on the burger. And I know that I did not stutter because they are always like "yep!", "alright", "you said no cheese, right?". I cannot leave without double checking my meal. A few times they have given me completely different food from what I ordered. I live with a very picky eater and sadly they love Wendy's but always throws a fit because the people there can never get it right. I have complained several times, but it is never fixed. Food is typically what I would expect from a wendys nothing wrong there. Always super clean. Only reason I rated 4 stars is because one time the cashier who took my friends order (she was an older woman) got his order wrong 3 times. He asked for a chicken sandwich but they gave him beef. He told them and they gave him a new sandwich, and it was beef again. Then finally after a third time of getting a new sandwhich they gave him the chicken. read more

Walked in and waited 10 minutes just for someone to come up to the register to inform me the lobby is closed while 10 other people are in there eating and waiting on their order. The lobby doors were locked with a sign on the window saying "welcome to Wendy's. our lobby is closed, But feel free to use the drive through"..I am thoroughly disgusted in the idea that they cater only to the drive-through and don't bother for anyone to walk in and dine in as is my custom. I had an awful experience at this Wendy's this morning. The customer service was terrible, the woman who took our order was extremely rude through the intercom and ended up forgetting most of our order after asking to clarify multiple times. At the window she didn't conversate with us, we didn't know if we were good to leave or if we had the food or anything. I will never return to this Wendy's as we left with out half our order. Love it or hate it in terms of food options, this particular Wendy's is something I rely upon when nothing else is open and I'm looking to make some bad choices. The service at the late night drive through window is fast as can be expected (if 20 people show up, don't expect quickness with freshly prepared items, which is everything late at night - otherwise, they're fast, given a few to put your order together as they cook it). The service at that window is also extremely friendly. I grade a place based on what it is, not on my ideal of a restaurant as such, so this place gets exceptionally high marks from me, despite me not really loving fast food generally. read more

I just visited a Wendy's location on 3300 south and about 3200 east in slc utah. Wile ordering I asked for no mayo on my burger. The person on the other end said "Oh my God! Really!" In a loud wisper, and I herd it on my end. I asked him if he was realy going to talk to me that way and he had nothing to say for himself. I am very upset that I was talked to this way because I didn't want mayo. I was very nice wile ordering my food and don't understand why no mayo was such a hard request.
