The first thing I noticed was how delicious the lemonade was. I have noticed Cane's lemonade at many locations is not as good as it used to be, having a very acidic and artificial taste to it. Similar to a powdered lemonade. This particular batch was outstanding and tasted like fresh squeezed lemons, just like the older formula I grew to love. Aside from the nostalgic taste of their lemonade, the food was great too. The fries and chicken were crispy and the coleslaw was super fresh. While we were eating, the counter clerk came over to make sure we were enjoying our meal. A few minutes later the manager, Lee followed up with us as well. He was super friendly and dedicated to making sure we had a good experience, even asking us where we were from. After our meal I headed to the restroom to wash my hands and I remarked to my family how clean the bathroom was. Often times you find the floors of fast food spots to be a bit greasy and there is usually an odor of old food present but this location was very clean and presentable. This was by far the best experience we have had at a fast food restaurant and the attention to customer satisfaction shown by staff and management was greatly appreciated! Although we don't live in New Iberia, we might have to make a trip to this location more often.

The staff was aware of the wait and actually acknowledged it, apologizing in a genuine and friendly way. That kind of customer service goes a long way. Everything came out hot and tasted like it had just been made. The chicken was crunchy on the outside, tender inside, and the portions were generous. The fries were hot and crispy with that soft center you want. Even the sodas were mixed well and tasted great. After being on the road all morning, it really hit the spot. The price stung a little, but the food was fresh, the service was excellent, and overall it felt worth it.

I don't believe I was speaking to the manager she called .I asked her to please put his phone number on the receipt she said she couldnt .But she put her cel number on it . SEE PHOTOS On the back of the receipt you can do a survey so I completed the survey and you can receive a FREE 2 piece chicken and biscuit with a purchase of a large drink . So on 2-5-26 @3:50 pm I went back to Popeyes thinking just maybe they would get it right . As I drove up I told the lady at the drive thru order .. I had a validation code for the FREE 2 piece chicken with biscuit .When I got to the window she saw the receipt and questioned me about the looks of the receipt I told her Shimka gave it to me that way and her Shimka cel number was on top to call her to verify. She was looking at me like I was lying . I received my debt card back with receipt and the chicken and drink .I checked the chicken to make sure it was hot and what I ordered. Chicken was right . But today on 2~6~26 I go to do the survey and that lady at Popeyes charged my debt card for full price for the chicken and drink . I called Popeyes and told shamika and explained the problem she said let me call her , I think she called the lady from yesterday at the drive thru JAZZ. I told her you can't charge my debt card on a promotion deal . She said if I would of notice yesterday she could of refunded me .I said it was a promotional deal . I want my money back . All shemika wanted to do was ask me to go back in today and get the chicken and to do the survey to get the free 2 piece again . .. THEY NEED TO FIX THIS POPEYES IN RAYNE..
