are usually don't review fast food because you already know what you're getting into when you go there. I said in this Wendy's for 26 minutes waiting on my meal. They had eight or nine employees in there, working one doing burgers one on the cash register some chick with long purple weave on her phone Tall Guy at the window, standing there, doing nothing, and 1 guy on fries. The lady that checked me out on the cash register, had to open her phone up to see if she had change when she opened her phone. She had half naked pictures on her screensaver the hardest worker in there was the lady on hamburgers... and they spent more time working and less time on their phones. They probably could get something done in there you can. I have a lunch hour rush with only one person making hamburgers. My hamburger was not prepared the way I order it, and my fries tasted like they were made yesterday . They need to implement something to keep these workers off of their cell phones. read more

This place should get an award for being the absolute worse restaurant in America. We went in and stood there to get waited on. One employee was standing by the register, one was in a bathroom on her phone (she looked like manager) and another was somewhere in the back of the kitchen. So we just stood there and looked at the person at the register, she was on her phone and never bothered to look up, so we just stood there and looked at her. I thought sooner or later, she will recognize us and ask for a order, nope, it never happened . So we just left. If you ever open a business, you really need to go to this place first, and find out what "NOT" to do. There's no way they'll be in business a year from now, but from the looks of these employees faces, don't really care. read more

Very disappointing! Went to this location at about 3:40 PM today ( Friday). The lobby door was locked and the drive thru line was wrapped around the restaurant. Then I noticed to customers coming out of the lobby. I called inside and someone opened the door. Stood inside about another 10 to 15 minutes waiting to place my order until I finally gave up and left. They said they are short staffed but there were about 5-7 people in the kitchen maybe 2 of them actually working. Ridiculous! I was hungry so I tried everything to get food but just couldn't wait any longer. read more

We arrived for breakfast during the early hours when the food should've been hot and fresh. They appeared to be short staffed. Our drive thru cashier was outback taking out trash and looked at us sitting in the drive thru line waiting for her. She took her time to finish throwing away the trash and then went back inside to ask for our order. I paid and she went to the back... idk if it was to make the order or what but, thankfully she had on gloves and it didn't take long to get our order. Just wish it was hot and fresh. Horrible place ! Workers are rude, food is wrong! There was hair on my food i went inside just to see no one wearing a hat or a hair net! I was told i could not get a salad with no cheese. Absolutely awful place. Took 20 minted to get a salad and chicken sandwich. Delayed our trip to Atlanta big time. Nobody eating in lobby at lunch time on week day. That should tell you something. Out of chili sauce. Out of pecans for salad. Grilled chicken sandwich like jerky. Threw it away. Did not provide a receipt with store number on it so I could contact corporate. It dont make no since how the employees are so slow.They dont smile they walk off with a line in the lobby.Drive thru is always wrapped around the Building.And the managers walk around like it dont matter. Don't go here! The entire restaurant was filthy--at 2:00 in the afternoon. 7 or 8 employees in the kitchen with 0 organization and apparently, not a manager in house. If there was a manager there--they should be fired immediately. It took me 30 minutes to get a single burger with fries to go. There were 6 people in front of me and ALL had to wait at least 20 minutes to get their food. And several times, the food was wrong. The employees were not rude, but, they were in dire need of a strong manager. And, only 1 of the food workers was wearing gloves and no one had on hairnets. Gross, gross, gross. read more

Nice new restaurant. But most recent experience not good. Would not honor prices on Menu Board, employees were rude. June 13, 2019, drove through. Menu board says Kids Meals are .99 each. Ordered 2 kids meals.new Berry Burst Full salad and half Apple Pecan salad. Got to payment window- cashier says $23.15. I ask why so much- she shrugs. I ask how much kids meals, she says $3.79. I say sign says they are .99. She says "Oh that sign ain't right" I ask for receipt- told to go to next window. Young man asks if need something, I ask about .99 price on menu board, he states " that ain't started yet". Asked for receipt, gave up and drove home. Discovered 1- No fries with either kids meal. 2- Berry Burst salad had 1 strawberry cut into 4 slices, no blueberries at all, very small amount of Feta cheese. Mostly just lettuce. Half size apple pecan salad had very few apple slices. Called Wendy's corporate line and filed complaint, also went online. June 24, 2019- Nothing has occurred on either complaint. Went online again today to complain- someone supposed to respond in 48 hours. read more
