Drive thru. I ordered a PLAIN hamburger, the guy read it back to me, and fries, and a drink. I drove off, got home, and opened it and found a CHEESEBURGER, no napkins, no straw. TERRIBLE. WILL NEVER GO BACK. read more

I'm pregnant, so yes I door dashed and that's as much as I'm going to explain myself. But this location needs to count its fucking days. My burger had more sauce than meat on it, it was cold, (this location is 5 min from my house), there's no reason for it to be cold. They forgot my frosty. Everything in the bag was upside down, fries, chicken nuggets, everything just thrown in and spilling. The bag ripped when I went to pick it up cause they stuffed 3 combo orders into one bag and since everything was spilling over it was too heavy and soggy and went all over the place. DoorDash refunded me $17 for a $50 order. If I pay $14 for a fucking burger I expect it to be better quality than this. And yes I did eat half of it cause I'm fucking starving. And yes I'm crying while I'm eating it because wtf. And I'm pretty sure a corporation as big as Wendy's and add more than 3 pieces of soggy lettuce to a burger. read more

Literally what are they doing in this Wendy's?? Why did the drive thru take 48 MINUTES with only TWO CARS?!

This place is an absolute JOKE! I ordered the spicy chicken sandwich during my lunch break, got back to work and opened the sandwich to find that it was completely fossilized. It had to be cooked and sat in Warmer for at least 3 hours. Not every visit is this bad but would honestly say 80% of the time it's terrible quality of food. The worst part is the employee at the drive thru acted like he knew how nasty the sandwich was that he gave me and hurried to close the window and walk away. Shut this place down and give us something better for the people of North Salt Lake. read more

The service was poor refused to take the whole party's order in order to complete their DoorDash and drive-through orders. My companion waited half an hour before they were willing to take his order. Poor service under staff barely spoke English. read more

Absolute WORST location in Utah. Needs to be closed down. Employees lack hygiene, dirty fingers and nails reaching for my card, gross stuff on them, the card reader for Apple Pay never works. Takes 40 minutes to get through every single time & the employees are not competent, they lack general customer service and knowledge. They seriously need to get things under control, always missing items in bags or getting orders wrong! read more

Waited 40 minutes to get our food and it was cold. The dude at the desk was rude. We watched multiple people stand without being helped for 10+ minutes. DO NOT EAT HERE. The 1 star rating is too generous honestly. read more

The service at this location is absolutely terrible. I went there after work one day and there was only one other person in the drive through and a few people inside. It took 15 for them to even take my order. Finally when they took my order I pulled forward and the guy I don't of me waited at least 10 minutes for his food and then I waited another 10 minutes for mine as I looked through the window at the 5 workers some of which were just sitting on their phone. I ordered a simple cheeseburger without pickles. After waiting 40 minutes I finally got my food after the guy gave me my stuff and was about to shut the window without me even having paid. When I got home to eat my food there were pickles on it which I asked for none. And the guy that took my order was not kind. read more

Food at this place is awful. Burger patties sit on a warmer for way longer than it should. Sometimes even up to 30 mins. Fries are always old. Only safe thing to get at this Wendy's is the Frostys. Don't come here or the Bountiful Wendy's, they are even worst. read more

The lady taking my order, kept asking if I wanted there new tenders. I declined and asked for a frosty, she kept insisting on sizes and sauces for a while, and was rude the entire time. I left because I felt disappointed in there service at the drive thru read more

Worst location!! Employees are high as a kite taking your order. Something as simple as a biggie bag and 2 chicken sandwiches they managed to get wrong. What a horrible experience as a Dasher at this, Wendy's had a female manager employee give me an attitude, bad attitude about delivering food for a customer Talk to a prior manager about getting in front of other cars that haven't ordered food yet if they're space to pick up the food for the DoorDash for the customer, this woman gave me a big bad attitude and left on a bad note saying she's gonna report me when she was the one being bad and I'm reporting her be careful going to this Wendy's they're pretty rude and unprofessional read more

Tonight I really didn't want to drive far from my hotel just to have a quick dinner...this Wendy's is adjacent to my hotel... The reviews for this restaurant are all over the board, with the consensus being very disappointing. But listen, this is a Wendy's...how disappointing can it really be? I walked over to the restaurant, lobby/counter area, and the dining room spotless. Greeted by a young lady, very polite and helpful. I ordered the spicy chicken sandwich, a large chili, and a large drink...all to go. Taking it back to my hotel room. I was happy to see that the soft drink machine had Coke Zero (No Sugar). My order was called very quickly, packaged nicely. Back in my room, I enjoyed a very tasty sandwich...of course the chili was great, and my drink was cold and refreshing. My experience at this Wendy's was spot on. Excellent service, Excellent food. Perfect. read more

Wendy's - a hamburger and a drink on a table - Burgers Near Me - North Salt Lake, Utah

Everyone that works there is grumpy and mean. This last visit they were rude to my 9 year old sisters and made fun of us asking for extra bbq sauce, calling us "crazy" which was very un called for. I'm always treated like an inconvenience. I order here a lot at this point I'm a regular and I've only had one good experience since I started coming here, and that same guy that gave me a good experience has also giving me a bad experience. Seems like a bad environment to be working in. I work in costumer services and have never seen people treat other so poorly. Not to mention I've never had a good speed of service even if I'm the only one there the make me drive forward and wait for my food for 10-20 minutes and always end up hading me a melted frosty. Something needs to change here at this restaurant cause all it's doing is making the Wendy's franchise look bad. Fairly disappointed with this location and hope it changes soon till then I'll be taking my business else where highly suggest that you do to!!!!!!! read more

First of all the prices on the menu are not what's charged at the register. The manager wouldn't do anything about it. I get with inflation the size of things have been reduced in size. The chicken nuggets are ridiculously small and a waste of money. Super slow service as well. Wendy's sure isn't what they used to be. Haha. read more

I haven't been here in a while but from what I remember, their burgers tasted like wood. I feel like they don't put in the effort a lot of other Wendy's franchises do simply because they're off the main road. Drive-thru was fast and I was pulled in with their well kept presence. read more

Every time I try to come here... either the computer is down and they can't take orders or their credit card machine is down. At least they have an announcement on their drive-thru so you don't sit there like an idiot waiting to be helped. That's why I gave a second star. FYI - I'm a local, I get off work late, and this place is right off the freeway so it should be a winner. But, most of the time it's a loser. Supposed to be open late as opposed to other places in the area. read more

Dined inside tonight. Relatively clean and not very busy. They came and helped me within 1 min of showing up to the counter and took our order accurately. Our food was out quickly and everything was correct and hot. The only bummer was them being out of rootbeer but I'm not too picky with my soda. I was nervous to try this location because of looking at the reviews but we had a solid experience here tonight. read more

They treat you like a bother and everytime you wanna order something they'll try to make an excuse to not make it, not to mention the racism that occurs, i've been going there since august and im disgusted how they treat costumers and how they treat their own employees. They argue constantly which I get it we're human but if you can't work with someone espicially in fast food then don't work fast food. The ambiance is practically an alleyway of immature disrespectful bafoons and i hope to whoever reads this to choose somewhere else to eat if you want an actual meal and not crushed patties and soggy bread. On the app if you wanted no ice you can't order it so I tried to ask for no ice and they spat in my drink laughing thinking i didnt notice. Yeah you read that right, read more

We call this location Wendy's Roulette. You'll always get something, but it's difficult to determine what because they NEVER. give you what you order. Tonight I ordered the new mozzarella chicken sandwich. Got a grilled chicken sandwich with bacon. No mozzarella, no marinara, no garlic bun. I don't think they even have the items that are advertised, just a couple burger variations and a grilled or fried chicken sandwich. Do yourself a favor and go get food anywhere else. read more

0 stars. The older Spanish folk gave me a great attitude and was helpful but the little young delinquent kids they have working there give you dirty looks and they gave me 16 spicy nuggets which is what I asked for, but the 6 pc was chewy and seemed old. I said thank you to the delinquent and he just stared at me probably because I'm white. These kids aren't going far, and that's all they'll ever be, is kids. I know I've already reviewed this store and I'm giving it the same rating. I bought from door dash and they gave me the complete wrong order AGAIN!!! I ordered from them last week and and got food that was gross and I didn't order and the wrong flavor of frosty. This time, I ordered regular chicken nuggets, a cookie, a chocolate frosty and a jr bacon cheeseburger. What I got was a completely melted frosty it was more of a drink than a frosty, like they made it hours ago, spicy chicken nuggets so I can't eat them, and no cookie. They didn't even give me my sweet and sour sauce. They at least gave me the right sandwich. So good job Wendy's, you got ONE OUT OF FIVE ITEMS right. The sandwich didn't even taste right. I wish I had the power to shut them down. They need to look at their Yelp reviews and make some SERIOUS adjustments. You should also look at their health standard because it meets minimum requirements. They don't properly store things, they don't have their food handlers permit, and more. I wish Yelp would let us give negative stars because I'd give them -1,000. That seems extreme but not once have I or my family received the right order and I'm 23 but my parents have been experiencing this for 30 years. The restaurant is complete shit and I recommend literally anywhere else read more

I dont know if it is the lack of people working here or how useless they are. Drive-thru 30 minutes!! So next time (today) I went inside. Waited at the counter for 10 minutes while people were walking around. So, someone came an finally told me they would help me in a minute. 10 more minutes. This is the absolute worst Wendy's I've ever had the opportunity to visit! Staff and manager are rude, and terribly inconsiderate. We were checked in at the Best Western next to this pit. They locked the doors as we walked up to the door. Tried to make a walk-up order at drive through as it was still open and were turned away. Placed a mobile order, which was taken online, went back to this disaster of a restaurant to them being closed despite website saying they were open until midnight... it's currently 10:34 pm. So much for a quick bite from someplace usually consistent in our travels! If you're ever in North Salt Lake, avoid this Wendy's like the plague... it just might prevent you from getting it! I'd give them zero stars if it were an option!!! read more

Before I begin I want to make it clear this the rating earned by Wendy's is strictly based on service...... Or lack of service. I make del verses from this location and cringe when a request from this location appears. Yesterday was my last time I'll ever step foot in there. The drive thru was wrapped around the building so I thought I'd save some time and go in. There was one person already at the counter, and one more person in front of me. The person at the counter was an employee who decided to eat there while off from work. When that order was placed the only cashier was unable to process two orders consecutively. The app on my phone tracks my arrival and has and has a delivery time to meet. After 10 minutes I finally made it to the counter. The order was no complicated at all, a 6pc nugget and a burger. After another 5 minutes the guy in front of me finally got his food. Rather than staying inside there getting frustrated I went outside to my car for a smoke and drink thinking by the time I was done the meal would be ready. A sense of hope came over me as I noticed my name in the done side of the screen! The same cashier then asks "how can I help you" really? Short term memory issues moving along... I asked for my order, then comes the deer in the headlines look. my name is in the done, I've been here over 20 minutes. Another woman comes over and tells me my food is not done, they have to cook some nuggets and it will be another 5 minutes. I contacted the intended recipient of this order and told them I am giving up. I do not get paid by the hour, my time is valuable to me and seems as though Wendy's doesn't value their customer's time. This was not a one time incident, but it sure is the last! read more

We just had some of the best service we've ever had here at this Wendy's. We stopped at this Wendy's as we passed through on the day after thanksgiving, which in my opinion, is one of the worst weekends to have to work. You should also know that today is my son's birthday. Let's just say that spending the majority of the day in a truck traveling for hours on end through some pretty crappy weather had made for a lousy way to celebrate his special day. After we had paid for our food, my son, being the vibrant energetic kid that he is, told the cashier that it was indeed his birthday. Next thing we know, she brings all of my kids frosty ice creams and even put sprinkles on my sons. This made his day, and brightened all of our spirits. I doubt that she will read this, but I just want to say, THANK YOU for being so thoughtful and going above and beyond for us. We appreciated it! read more

PLAN ON POOR TRAINING AND BLATANTLY DISRESPECTFUL MANAGERS. Wendy's restaurant is great in all other locations but this one. On oct 17th, i asked for a grilled chicken sandwich ($4.49) plus an extra patty ($2.50) over the drive through, pretty easy meal they've made several times for me at the counter and they do at 6 other Wendy's in utah with no problem. The fact that they didn't know how to do the custom order is totally understandable!! But how the MANAGER REACTED was the rudest thing i have ever heard. The poor drive through guy didn't know how to do it and asked the closing manager for help. The closing manager obviously didn't know how but didn't want to be embarrassed in front of his subordinate so he said CLEARLY OVER THE BACKGROUND IN THE INTERCOM: "tell him we don't do it at this location because it's late and i don't even want his business". Made me really said... Hurt my feelings honestly and i feel like this is the type of passive aggressive manager that spits in people's food in frustrating situations. Lost 100% trust in eating food from here. read more

Incredibly ridiculous. 9:15pm. Wednesday. No one in the lobby. 2 cars in the drive through. Walked in, 2 employees looked right at me, 1 walking right by me, no one says a word. I said "hi...?" They just look at me. Kid comes to the register, just stands there. I say (nicely/joking manner) "oh, you can see me? Wasn't sure, no one said anything!" Just blankly looks at me. I order. Couple comes in after me. They're ordering, he's yelling "we're out of mayo. WERE OUT OF MAYO" repeated times at them. Or at me, I presume after he calls my name while I'm waiting for my order. Then says "IS THAT OKAY? WERE OUT OF MAYO" um, yeah, thanks for letting me know....? read more
